An innovative and well backed start up payments company i.e. Carbondyne technologies in Dhaka is looking to hire a Technical Operations Manager. This is a critical hire for the company and we are looking for someone who will cover a broad program of implementations, integrations and other cross-functional projects.
This is a permanent role that offers BDT 75000 per month and has six days a week office duty.
Responsibilities of the Technical Operations Manager include:
- Managing 3rd party integrations of payment solutions with new bank partners and vendors
- Optimize workflows for multiple teams to automate back office processes
- Working with API documentation
Requirements of the Technical Operations Manager include:
- Experience working for a bank or financial institution in a technical manager capacity
- Ability to autonomously drive projects across teams in an ambiguous setting
- Ability to break down technical concepts for non-technical teams
- Passion for payments and knowledgeable about the intricacies of the market
